The Business Domain Specific Least Cybersecurity Controls Implementation (BDSLCCI) Web Portal, accessible at www.BDSLCCI.in, is pleased to welcome you. BDSLCCI is one of the core services offered by SecureClaw IT and Cybersecurity Pvt Ltd ("SecureClaw") and its affiliates or subsidiaries. These entities provide BDSLCCI products, services, applications, and software, which are collectively referred to as "BDSLCCI Services". These services are available to you when you visit or shop on the BDSLCCI Web Portal, use BDSLCCI products or services, or interact with BDSLCCI applications in connection with the above-mentioned activities. The terms, conditions, and notices (collectively, the "Terms of Use") provided herein are subject to your acceptance. You confirm that you have the legal authority to bind any company, government agency, or organization, including your employer, on whose behalf you are signing this agreement.

  4. Promoting or encouraging the purchase or sale of products or services for commercial purposes is prohibited unless explicitly permitted by the respective communication provider.
  5. Engage in conducting or distributing questionnaires, competitions, pyramid schemes, or chain letters.
  6. Download any file posted by another user of a communication service that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally transmitted.
  7. Verify or remove author attributions, legal notices, proprietary designations, or labels identifying the origin or source of software or other materials included in an uploaded file.
  8. Restrict or interfere with another user's ability to access and enjoy the Communication Services.
  9. Violate any codes of conduct or rules applicable to a specific communication service.
  10. Collect or harvest personal data, including email addresses, about other individuals without their consent.
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
BDSLCCI is not obligated to monitor the Communication Services. However, BDSLCCI reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to review any content uploaded to a Communication Service, delete such content, and take appropriate action as necessary. Additionally, BDSLCCI retains the right to terminate your access to any or all Communication Services immediately and without prior notice, for any reason.
Additionally, BDSLCCI reserves the right, at any time, to edit, refuse to post, or remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion. Information may only be disclosed to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or governmental requests.
It is important to exercise caution when providing any personally identifiable information about yourself or your children on any communication service. As BDSLCCI neither controls nor endorses the Customer Content, messages, or information shared on any Communication Service, it expressly disclaims all liability regarding the Communication Services and any actions arising from your participation in them. Managers and hosts are not officially recognized as BDSLCCI spokespersons, and their opinions do not necessarily reflect those of the organization.
Materials uploaded to a communication service may include specified restrictions on their use, distribution, and/or replication. If you download such materials, it is your responsibility to comply with these restrictions.

All content, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software made available through any BDSLCCI service is the property of BDSLCCI or its content providers and is protected by national and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content provided through any BDSLCCI service is the exclusive property of BDSLCCI and is safeguarded under domestic and international copyright laws. All information on the BDSLCCI website is copyrighted and owned by BDSLCCI and/or its suppliers for the specified duration. . All Rights Reserved.

Trade dress and trademarks of BDSLCCI in the United States and other countries include images, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names incorporated into or made accessible through any BDSLCCI service. The trademarks and trade dress of BDSLCCI must not be used in connection with another company's goods or services in a manner that could mislead, discredit the company, or confuse consumers. All other trademarks not owned by BDSLCCI that appear in any BDSLCCI service are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, related to, or endorsed by BDSLCCI. The names of real companies and products referenced on our electronic assets and online portals may be trademarks of their respective owners.

BDSLCCI respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed, please refer to our Notice and Procedure for filing copyright infringement claims.

    We take copyright infringement claims seriously and respond to notices of alleged violations that comply with applicable laws. In accordance with the Online Copyright Infringement Liability Limitation Act of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. 512) ('DMCA'), we will address claims of copyright infringement committed through our services promptly. If you believe that any materials accessible via our services infringe on your copyright, you may request their removal by submitting a written notification to us at legal@secureclaw.in.

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed upon. If the claim involves multiple works, provide a representative list of those works.

Completed complaints must be emailed to legal@secureclaw.in. Upon receiving the Notice, we will take appropriate action at our sole discretion, which may include removing the disputed content from the site.

As a condition of using the BDSLCCI website, you acknowledge and agree to ensure that you will not use the website for any unlawful purpose or any purpose expressly prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices.   • You may not frame or use framing techniques to enclose any trademarks, logos, or proprietary material of BDSLCCI, including images, text, page layouts, or forms.
  • You may not use meta tags or other 'hidden text' utilizing BDSLCCI's name or trademarks.
You must not misuse the services provided by BDSLCCI. Use of BDSLCCI services is strictly subject to compliance with applicable laws. If you violate these Terms of Use or Service Terms, the licenses granted to you by BDSLCCI will terminate.

To use certain BDSLCCI Services, you may be required to have your own BDSLCCI account. You may also need to be logged into your account and have a valid payment method associated with it. If there is an issue with billing the payment method you specified, we reserve the right to charge any other valid payment method linked to your account. You agree to take full responsibility for all activities conducted under your account or password. It is also your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your account and password and to limit access to your account. BDSLCCI reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse service, close accounts, revoke access to the BDSLCCI Website and Services, delete or modify content, and cancel orders.

The materials you provide to BDSLCCI—including suggestions and feedback—or publish, upload, input, or submit to any BDSLCCI Web Portal or its related services (collectively referred to as 'Submissions') are not claimed as property by BDSLCCI. However, by posting, uploading, inputting, providing, or submitting your Submissions or Customer Content, you grant BDSLCCI and its affiliated companies a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, publicly perform, reformat, translate, edit, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such Submissions or Customer Content in any media worldwide, and to associate your name with your Submissions or Customer Content. Notwithstanding the above, you remain solely responsible for your Submissions and Customer Content. You represent and warrant that: (a) You own or control all necessary rights to the Customer Content or Submissions you provide to BDSLCCI. (b) The Customer Content or Submissions, including any Personal Information as defined below, are accurate, truthful, and up-to-date. (c) The use of the Customer Content or Submissions will not violate these Terms of Use, infringe on third-party proprietary rights, or cause harm to BDSLCCI, any third party, or any entity. (d) You will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BDSLCCI against all claims relating to the Customer Content or Submissions.
  2. Additionally, you agree not to submit any Customer Content or Submissions that violate any laws or are obscene, vulgar, sexually explicit, threatening, libelous, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing on intellectual property rights (including publicity rights), or otherwise objectionable or harmful to third parties. Furthermore, you agree that such content must not include software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitations, chain letters, mass mailings, or unsolicited commercial electronic messages. Customer Content or Submissions containing official personal identification numbers or codes (e.g., social security number, driver's license number, passport number, national identification number, policy number, bank account number, etc.) or highly sensitive personal information unrelated to the BDSLCCI Services and/or Web Portal (e.g., race, ethnicity, religion, religious or philosophical beliefs, political or union affiliations or opinions, medical or health information, sexual orientation, disabilities, etc.) are strictly prohibited. You are not permitted to use a fictitious email address, impersonate any individual or organization, or provide misleading information about the source of the Submission or Customer Content. BDSLCCI reserves the right, but not the obligation, to delete or modify any Customer Content or Submissions provided.
  3. The use of your Submission or Customer Content, as outlined below, will not require any form of payment. BDSLCCI is not obligated to post or utilize any Submission or Customer Content you provide. The organization reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to delete any Submission or Customer Content at any time.
  4. Notwithstanding the above, you retain the right to request the removal of your Submission or Customer Content from the BDSLCCI Web Portal at any time.

The BDSLCCI Web Portal and Services are not intended to function as storage services, and BDSLCCI disclaims all responsibility and liability for Customer Content, Submissions, or Third-Party Content. You are not obligated by BDSLCCI to retain, publish, maintain, or reproduce any Customer Content, Submissions, or Third-Party Content, including archived copies. Although BDSLCCI is not required to actively monitor Customer Content or Submissions, it reserves the right to do so at any time and without prior notice. BDSLCCI also retains the right to monitor, edit, or remove any Submissions or Customer Content for any reason. While we are not obligated to oversee Customer Content or Submissions, it is your responsibility to ensure they are accurate, up-to-date, and in compliance with the Terms of Use. You should also exercise caution in providing BDSLCCI with any information that you consider sensitive.

If you submit any suggestions for improvements to the BDSLCCI Service and/or Web Portal, or for any features, programs, or offerings provided through the Service or Web Portal, BDSLCCI will own all rights, title, and interest in these suggestions, even if you designate them as confidential. BDSLCCI will also be free to use these suggestions without limitation. By submitting suggestions, you irrevocably transfer all rights, title, and interest in them to BDSLCCI, and agree to provide any assistance needed to document, perfect, and enforce BDSLCCI's rights in these suggestions.

  1. You can communicate with us through social media or other online accounts associated with BDSLCCI. You agree not to use the third-party platform (or assist others in using it) in any way that:
    • breach, misappropriate, or infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or proprietary rights of others;
    • rights of users and/or other members;
    • are unacceptable to people on the basis of their race or ethnicity, are obscene, libelous, threatening, intimidating, harassing, or unlawful; they also advocate or incite behavior that would be against the law or otherwise undesirable, such as encouraging crimes;
    • entail disseminating lies, fabrications, or misleading claims;
    • impersonate someone;
    • entail sending unauthorized or unlawful messages via techniques including auto-dialing, mass messaging, and auto-messaging; or
    • involve employing BDSLCCI Services for any purpose other than personal use, unless we provide you permission to do so. Any member of this group may be added or removed at the group admin's sole discretion. That being said, you are free to leave the Whatsapp Group at any moment.

Every physical item purchased from BDSLCCI is subject to a shipment contract. This means that ownership and the risk of loss are transferred to you as soon as we hand the items over to the carrier.

    No Returns / Refunds:
  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any products or services purchased through our website.
  • For any digital downloads or services, including subscriptions, no refunds will be provided due to the nature of the product.

BDSLCCI strives to ensure accuracy in its efforts. However, BDSLCCI does not guarantee that product descriptions or any other materials provided through its services are entirely accurate, complete, reliable, up-to-date, or free from errors.

For products supplied by BDSLCCI, we are unable to confirm an item's price until an order is placed. Any dispute or claim related to your use of any BDSLCCI Web Portal and/or Service, or to any goods or services sold or distributed by BDSLCCI, will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except in cases where your claims are eligible to be filed in small claims court. The parties will submit their dispute to the Indian Court for arbitration, which will be conducted in accordance with its rules in effect at the time of the arbitration application ('Arbitration Rules'), overseeing the arbitration process.

By using any BDSLCCI Web Portal and/or Service, you acknowledge and agree that these Terms of Use, along with any disputes arising between you and BDSLCCI, will be governed by the laws of India, without reference to principles of conflict of laws. Additionally, the parties expressly disclaim the applicability of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The use of the BDSLCCI Web Portal is prohibited in any jurisdiction where all the terms and conditions stated herein, including this paragraph, are not enforced. By accepting these terms, both you and BDSLCCI acknowledge and agree to waive the right to a jury trial and participation in a class action.

By using these Terms of Use or the BDSLCCI Web Portal, you acknowledge that no employment, agency, joint venture, or partnership exists between you and BDSLCCI. Nothing in these Terms of Use restricts BDSLCCI's ability to comply with requests or requirements from government agencies, courts, or law enforcement regarding your use of the BDSLCCI Web Portal or any information you provide to BDSLCCI or that BDSLCCI collects about such use.
